Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $20. Orders under $20 have a flat shipping fee of $4.99.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from California, USA. We currently ship within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Not at the moment. We focus on reliable standard shipping with tracking for every order.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order includes tracking. You’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number once it ships.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us to start a return.
How do I request a refund?
Email us through our contact page with your order number. We process refunds within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we cover return shipping.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Products
How do you choose your products?
We review real customer feedback, ingredients, build quality, and brand reputation. If a product doesn’t hold up under honest scrutiny, it doesn’t make the cut.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product is sourced from authorized distributors and trusted suppliers. We do not sell counterfeits, knockoffs, or unbranded items.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We try to keep popular items in stock. If something is sold out, check back in a few days or contact us for an estimated restock date.
Can I suggest a product?
Absolutely. We love hearing from customers. Use our contact page to send suggestions — we review every one.
Orders & account
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you track orders more easily.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us and we’ll do our best to make changes. Once shipped, we can’t modify it — but you can return it after delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.
